Children choose to participate in a variety of activities including housekeeping, blocks, art, books, puzzles and manipulatives. |

Children help put away toys and go to the restroom. |
| 8:50 - 9:00 | Story Time
Children interact with teacher while they share a story. |
| 9:00 - 9:30 | Breakfast
The children cooperate in serving the meal family style. |
| 9:30 - 10:00 | Daily Planning
The children are encouraged to discuss the weather for the day, calendar and enjoy finger plays. |
| 10:00 - 10:45 | Small Group Activities
The children will participate in small group activities. These activities include: science, cooking, art, music/movement, sensory, games, woodworking, dramatic play, water and large motor activities. |
| 10:45 - 11:30 | Outside Activity Time
The children will play outside on the playground (weather permitting). |
| 11:30 - 12:00 | Story/Restroom
Children are encouraged to use the restroom. Another teacher reads stories to the children. |
| 12:00 - 12:30 | Lunch
The children are encouraged to serve themselves in a family style setting. |
| 12:30 - 12:45 | Restroom
Children use the restroom and wash their hands. |
| 12:45 - 2:40 | Nap Time
Children are asked to rest quietly and are allowed to look at books when they wake. |
| 2:40 - 3:00 | Wake Up/Restroom
Children use restroom, fold covers on cot, then set up cup and napkin for snack. |
| 3:00 - 3:30 | Snack
Children serve themselves juice and crackers. |
| 3:30 | Free Choice Play
Evening playtime allows them to play with the children from other classrooms. They have a variety of toys to choose from inside and outside, as well as small group activities as the parents arrive to pick up their children. |
